Miss Stephanie Roggie
FOUNDER & Owner
In 2019, Stephanie founded Shoreline Swim School with the vision of transforming the Swim Instruction landscape and pioneering a new curriculum to focus on the growth and development of each Student. Focusing on Private & Semi-Private class structures, Stephanie fused conventional techniques for swim instruction, with a unique and meticulously designed program that offers the individualized attention to detail that every Student deserves. Growing the company from being the sole employee to up to eight staff members on a regular basis, Stephanie has worked diligently to provide the highest quality swim instruction in Connecticut and offering more than 8,400 lessons yearly. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Education and is poised and resolute in her commitment to offer the most efficient and effective methods of learning for the Students at Shoreline. Excited for the continued development and growth of Shoreline, Stephanie is poised to continue the legacy of Shoreline’s results and Family oriented atmosphere for all Staff and Students for years to come.
Brock Roggie
Owner & Executive Director of Operations
Brock is the Executive Director and Operations Administrator at Shoreline. Brock has been with Shoreline since the Summer of 2021. Prior to working for Shoreline, Brock was an accomplished Division 2 Scholar Athlete in the sport of Baseball at the University of Bridgeport where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis on American History & Education. In 2016, Brock was hired as a Police Officer by the Milford Police Department in Milford CT, where he served for 5 years. While at the Milford Police Department, Brock was a member of the Crime Suppression Unit (CSU), Marine Unit, Crisis Intervention Team (CIT), MPD Mountain Bike Unit, NASRO certified School Resource Officer (SRO) & POST Certified Instructor where he received a Commendation as well as a Certificate of Recognition for outstanding achievement in the performances of his Patrolman Duties. As a Shoreline Administrator, Brock is a highly valued member of the Shoreline Team and an integral part in all aspects of Shoreline Operations.
Miss Tiffany
Aquatic Director
Meet Miss Tiffany, the Aquatic Director at the Shoreline Swim School. Miss Tiffany has a wide range of experience working in the Aquatic Industry including teaching classes, lifeguarding and managing/training instructors. She has been a valued teacher and leader here for the past year and she has a special talent for connecting with her students . She has a strong set of skills when it comes to to teaching water safety and survival to children. Miss Tiffany has developed a proven track record of success with her high retention rate amongst her clients. Besides her passion for teaching swim lessons, Miss Tiffany is a dedicated and aspiring individual and we are so thrilled to have her as a part of our Team!
Miss Victoria
Aquatic Instructor
Miss Victoria has been with Shoreline Swim School since early Spring 2023 who is an experienced Instructor and a Certified Lifeguard through the American Red Cross. Miss Victoria has been a valued part of Our Team and she has worked diligently with her fellow colleagues and hundreds of student to optimally excel. Miss Victoria is not only an excellent Instructor, but an energetic and positive person who takes a genuine interest in her students’ development. Miss Victoria plays a pivtol role at Shoreline, not only as a Member of the Staff, but also amongst her students on a daily basis and we couldn’t be happier to have her.
Miss Tessa
Lesson Quality supervisor & Instructor
Miss Tessa is the Lesson Quality Supervisor at the Shoreline Swim School. With 4 years experience working for the company, Miss Tessa specializes in teaching students water safety, survival and stroke development. In addition to teaching children, Miss Tessa uses her advanced skillset to lesson plan, evaluate instructor performance and assist in training seminars. Aside from her water duties, Miss Tessa holds a B.S. in Health Sciences from Ithaca College! Miss Tessa is an integral part and highly valued member of the Shoreline Team!
Mr. Hunter
Aquatic Instructor
Mr. Hunter has been of part of the Shoreline Swim School Staff since 2022. Not only an excellent Instructor, Mr. Hunter is an outstanding Individual whose work ethic, professionalism and diligence to his craft has made him a staple figure at Shoreline. Mr. Hunter is currently a Student at NCC and he is majoring in Business Marketing. Mr. Hunter is a driven individual who excels at whatever he puts in front of him and has been a valued Member of the Shoreline Staff since his first day.
